Prior to starting her legal career, Faith served as the City Clerk for the City of Wilton Manors, where she worked in close collaboration with the City Attorney, municipal officials, and management teams. In her role, Faith played a key part in maintaining the City Charter and local ordinances, ensuring compliance with ethics requirements, and supporting legislative efforts. Her experience extends to collaborating with municipal leaders and lobbyists on local bills and special laws throughout Broward County and across Florida.
Prior to joining Kagan Law, Faith worked in a DBA Defense firm where her in-depth knowledge of local government regulations and her expertise in navigating complex public policy issues uniquely position her to handle the representation of injured workers under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA) and the Defense Base Act (DBA). Her experience in government affairs provides her with a keen understanding of the intricacies of administrative law, making her an invaluable asset to Kagan Law’s team in the representation injured Department of Defense contractors/employees with claims involving scheduled and unscheduled bodily injuries, as well as psychological injuries arising from incidents occurring on or near U.S. military bases and in foreign jurisdictions.
Faith’s comprehensive understanding of both the legal and regulatory landscapes allows her to zealously advocate for her clients while maintaining a strategic approach to complex claims.
